Paste the customer's email as it is; the Copilot extracts sites, transport needs, flows and legs, and asks at most five questions per round where it is unsure.
Solution options
Direct, single cross-dock or hub solutions are built for the same request, each with its own movement diagram; sales picks one and the cost sheet is built for it.
Costing Copilot
Requests such as “set the distance to 420 km” or “use the weighted formula” are applied to the cost sheet. The Copilot never invents amounts: every figure comes from a tariff, a price inquiry or a calculation in code.
Personal data masking
Phone numbers, emails, national IDs and plate numbers in the raw text are masked before anything is stored; raw text is deleted when its retention period ends, the structured request stays.
